General principles

This website is operated on the principle of data minimization. We collect only the data required to provide the website and the services you request. Processing takes place only if you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), if there is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) or if there is a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The infrastructure used for hosting is located in Germany. ALL-INKL.COM processes on our behalf the data generated in the operation of the website, in particular server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider.

Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information and stores it in server log files. This includes the page accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the browser used and its version, the operating system, the referrer URL and the IP address. This data serves technical delivery, system security and error analysis; it is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes stated.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the information you provide is processed in order to handle your inquiry. Via the contact form we collect your company, your name, your email address and your project description and — if you provide them — your phone number, the project type, the planned project start, the estimated budget and a deadline. When you submit the form, this information is transmitted to our server and used exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry.

The application stores your inquiry neither in a database nor in a file; it processes the information only for the duration of the sending process. The message is then transmitted via authenticated, transport-encrypted SMTP delivery to our mailbox kontakt@batunet.com. Delivery runs through the mail server of our email provider (KAS/ALL-INKL). Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that we can respond to you. In addition, immediately after submission you receive an acknowledgment of receipt at the address you provided; it confirms receipt and involves no processing beyond that.

To fend off automated mass submissions, we store a salted hash of your IP address together with the time of submission on our server when you submit the form. The IP address itself is not stored; the hash serves exclusively to limit the number of submissions from the same source within a short period and is automatically deleted after 15 minutes at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the trouble-free operation of the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

In addition, when the contact form is submitted, we receive an internal notification via the messaging service Telegram; the provider is Telegram FZ-LLC. Only your name, — if you provide it — your company, the time of the inquiry and whether the email delivery was successful are transmitted. Your email address, the content of your message and other information from the form are not transmitted to Telegram. The notification serves solely to let us know promptly about a new inquiry; your inquiry is processed and answered via our mailbox. Telegram is therefore an additional recipient of this information, and the transfer takes place to a third country outside the European Union — for this reason we limit it to the information mentioned above. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being informed promptly of incoming inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your inquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your information is deleted as soon as the inquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Cookies and tracking

No cookies are required for the technical operation of this website. We currently do not use any cookies that require consent and do not use any analytics, tracking or audience measurement services. Should cookies or comparable technologies that are not strictly necessary be used in the future, this will only take place after you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

Fonts

This website uses only locally embedded fonts. The font files are delivered from our own server; there is no connection to third-party servers, and no data is transmitted to external providers such as Google Fonts.

Data security

This website uses SSL or TLS encryption, recognizable by the lock symbol in your browser and by the address bar beginning with “https://”. As a result, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. In addition, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15), to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@batunet.com is sufficient.

Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.
